1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Secure Diplo Invite platform and services provided by ZOE MILANO d.o.o.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Secure Diplo Invite is a digital invitation and access control platform designed for:
- Creating and managing event invitations
- Generating unique, non-transferable QR codes
- Verifying entry at event locations
- Providing audit and access logs
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service to transmit harmful code or malware
4. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account to use the Service:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- You must provide accurate and complete information
5. Intellectual Property
Secure Diplo Invite is a proprietary digital product of ZOE MILANO d.o.o.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to software, source code, system architecture, trademarks, branding, documentation, and related materials, are the exclusive property of ZOE MILANO d.o.o., unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
No rights, licenses, or ownership interests are granted to users or third parties except as expressly provided for the use of the Service.
6. Deployment and Configuration
For on-premise or customer-managed cloud deployments:
- The customer is responsible for system configuration and maintenance
- The customer is responsible for infrastructure security and compliance
- Technical support may be provided under separate agreement
7. Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Secure Diplo Invite is a software solution intended to support invitation management and access control. It does not replace:
- Physical security measures
- Security personnel
- Legal compliance obligations
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZOE MILANO d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Customers remain fully responsible for system configuration, access policies, and operational use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
